Case Order Coordinator
Location: Hera Lab Group, Richardson, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Starting Pay: $15/hr with potential to increase up to $20/hr after successful training period.
Overview:

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer inbound calls and assist clients with inquiries, case updates, and general support.
- Case Coordination: Schedule and manage case pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics between clients, dental offices, and partner labs.
- Data Entry: Input cases into our management systems accurately and promptly to ensure timely processing.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, dental professionals, and our labs, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits:

Dental Lab Technician
Location: Hera Lab Group, Richardson, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18/hr and up depending on experience
Overview:
Hera Lab Group is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a dental laboratory and can efficiently fulfill the following tasks:ย
Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Tasks:
- Pour and prepare dental models from impressions provided by dentists, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize digital scanners to create 3D models for designing restorations or appliances.
- Polish, stain, and glaze restorations, such as crowns, bridges, and veneers, to achieve a lifelike appearance andย smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance:
- Repair, modify, and adjust dental devices as needed, such as fixing a chipped denture or a cracked crown.
- Modify or reline existing devices to ensure continued comfort and function.
- Adjust the fit, shape, or color based on specific requirements or feedback from dentists.
- Pour models, scan models, polish, stain and glaze restorations as needed
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, durability, and aesthetic quality.
- Ensure all dental appliances meet the dentistโs specifications and patient needs.
- Custom Design:
- Utilize CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing to design and fabricate dental devices.
- Sculpt and contour dental prosthetics to match natural teeth for a functional and aesthetic fit.
- Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with dentists and team members to clarify prescriptions and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide recommendations on materials or design improvements when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Certification or degree in Dental Laboratory Technology is a plus. (not required)
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, 3D printers, and other dental lab technologies is a plus.
- Understands the dental laboratory processes for both analog and digital workflows.

Compensation & Benefits:
